Shipment and Returns

Orders paid for by direct credit / internet banking / bank transfer

If you are using this method of payment your order will be shipped upon confirmation that your payment has been received. Payments normally take around 1 business day to reach our bank account.

Orders paid for by Cheque

Please allow 5 business days for your cheque to clear after which your order will be shipped.

Delivery time

Products are delivered securely to your door by courier. All orders are shipped using Track and Trace and can require a signature upon delivery if you state so. Orders confirmed and paid before 2pm will normally be dispatched on the same business day. Orders confirmed and paid after 2pm will normally be dispatched on the next business day. Please allow an extra business day for delivery to rural addresses.

Public Holidays

Orders made on a New Zealand public holiday will be processed on the next business day.
