This software-defined radio (SDR) is a VHF/UHF radio with all the modulation defined in software on external computer. It can also be called a spectrum analyzer as you see the signal spectrum on your computer.
Frequency range is from 45 MHz up to 880 MHz
Comes with USB cable, audio cable, power supply and software CD disc

You can experiment listening to AM, FM, CW and other modulation signals using any SDR software available on the internet or the one supplied on CD with this radio
